Do you worry allot?

Would you like to learn a powerful technique to help you let go of worry and put things in God's hands?

People will say, "I put it in God's hands" and only moments later they take it back and began to worry all over again.

This CD will teach you a profound method of how to put worries in God's hands and leave them there.

Sometimes we prevent the inflow of God’s graces in other ways, such as when we are consumed with worry. Worry not only distracts us from our goals but it robs us of precious time that could have been spent developing our creativity or nurturing the soul. Remember the dream stealers calling card? What ifs have a way of multiplying rapidly until, before you know it, there’s an insurmountable mountain standing in your way.

One of my clients received this poem in an e-mail and I wanted to share it with you.

You may not even realize how often you worry about little things. Try keeping a journal for just two days. Every time you become worried about something, no matter how small, jot it down. For example, "I’m running a little late for work. Worried about not making it on time." or, "I’m a little worried about a test that my child is taking. They need to make a good grade.", or "I’m worried about what others will think of me if I don’t do this.", or "If I don’t get this done, ____ will be upset.", etc. Be very conscious of it for just two days. You will be amazed at the staggering amount of time that is spent worrying.

I can tell you, from my experience with clients, that about 75% of the things we worry about never come to pass and at least 23% of the things we worry about are things we don’t even have control over. Only an extremely small amount of the things we worry about, actually take place and worrying about it didn't’t make a difference either way.
