These are NOT hypnotic CDs
They can be played anywhere, such as in your car, during exercise, before sleep, or even while performing every day tasks
The definition of "affirm" is "to declare or state, to make a statement and maintain it to be true." I believe that an affirmation is affirming something even before it happens.
Affirmations are a way of building self-confidence and self-esteem. They are a wonderful way to block out and re-move that old critical voice that says, "You can't do that." Affirmations should be strong, positive statements about yourself that you
believe or want to believe. You may not believe them the first time you say them. You may not even believe them the first several times you say them. But if you repeat them often enough, you will believe them.
Reading or listing to positive affirmations to your children is a good way to counteract many of the negative suggestions that are given to them throughout the day, at school, from peers, etc.
A positive affirmation is like a candle, and it will dispel the doubts and darkness. The more candles you light, the brighter the room becomes. The more positive affirmations you give yourself, the more that hope and faith will develop and project that affirmation into a reality. Remember, we are creatures of habit. So the more you repeat the affirmations, the more they will become part of you, and your subconscious mind will make them into a reality.
